Last month we collaborated with performance company Svalbard to create a stunning, live-streamed performance event onboard an iconic former lighthouse boat in Victoria Docks.
The performance for 'Join the Docks' was commissioned by Certain Blacks, the producers behind last year’s Ensemble Festival. Svalbard used their signature blend of live music, contemporary dance / circus, and cinematography to explore the human brain and the architecture of the lightship in this beautiful new collaboration.
The event was filmed and live streamed direct from the ship, inviting the audience to jump onboard with the artists and bringing this intimate performance right into the heart of people’s homes.
